Warranty, Returns & Price Match

As awesome as our products are, we get it, sometimes they don't work right. Not to worry. We've got you covered. All Inovelli products come with a one (1) year warranty (defined as 365 days). This warranty protects you from breakdowns in the material or workmanship under normal use. This warranty is limited in a couple areas. Purchases must be made from Inovelli or an authorized reseller. The product should be used in the manner directed in the instructions. The product must only be used and/or installed in the United States or Canada. Products installed outside the United States or Canada will forfeit this warranty. The Limited Warranty is one (1) year (defined as 365 days) from the date your product is delivered. If there is no delivery date on record, we will default to seven (7) days after the purchase date. If your issue arises past your warranty period, reach out and we will do what we can to help you out.

While we are pretty sure you are going to love your Inovelli products, we have a return policy just in case. We will offer a full refund within 45 days of purchase or 45 days from shipment of a pre-order product, provided the product is returned with the following requirements.

• The package must be unopened*
• The items must be in new condition.
• Shipped back in the original packaging.
• A proof of purchase is required.

* If the package is opened, there will be a 15% restocking fee as we can't resell open items as new.

Please make sure your return form is included in the box. The form must have your:

• Name.
• Order number.
• Contact information.

Refunds will not be given for orders older than 45 days. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless it is deemed your product is defective. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Inovelli will price match any item that goes on sale up to seven (7) days with no questions asked. If it's beyond seven (7) days, and before the return window (45 days), you will need to return the product in its original condition for a full refund (NOTE: Please see our Return Policy above). Please note this policy only applies only to Inovelli.com purchases and does not include any third party sales (ie: not sold by Inovelli).
